                                 Eleven people from our companion churches in South Africa will be visiting Grace Church in Tomahawk and Calvary in Merrill from June 26-July 10.

Monday, June 27
4:30 PM    Pot Luck and bonfire at Marie Stark’s home.
N10243 Erickson Lane. Tomahawk BBQ and buns, smores, Jello cake, paper plates are furnished!
Tuesday, June 28
10:00 AM Coffee & Tea Party in Reiff Hall with the quilters and PPP Guys
Wednesday, June 29
9:30 AM  work in the Community Garden and paint water barrels
1:00 PM  buy your own meal at the Dairy Queen and visit

5:00 PM Worship at Grace with a Pizza Party to follow in Fellowship Hall

8:30 AM   Worship at Grace Church 10:00 AM Outdoor Worship at Schaefer’s Wharf

6:00 PM  Madikwe Circuit Concert at “Music on the River” pavilion in Veterans
Memorial Park.    Please bring your own chairs.
Freewill offering to be used by churches in the Madikwe Circuit

1:00 PM    Synod Farewell Service with Bishop Mansholt at St. Johns in Marion, WI. 5:00 PM    Farewell Worship at Grace Church in Tomahawk
6:00 PM    Farewell pot luck meal in Fellowship Hall at Grace Church in Tomahawk.
 Fellowship Committee will serve BBQ.
