Madikwe Circuit Visit– 78 people from South Africa will be visiting the Wis. River Valley Conference soon!  Grace and Calvary in Merrill will have three visitors from the Lekubu Parish.  They are Pastor Jack Mogale, Jacob Matladi, and a 16 year old youth representative, Koketso Rantao.

June 27 – July 16, 2012 are the dates the Madikwe Circuit will be visiting the Wisconsin River Valley Conference (Wausau and surrounding areas).
Friday, June 29 – Madikwe Circuit Choir Concert in Waupaca, WI    6:30 pm
June 30-July 3 – Our three visitors, along with 22 others, will participate in the Global Village Camp at Crossways’ Pine Lake Camp.  Please consider joining us at camp for a day.  Contact the church office soon!
Thursday, July 5 – Madikwe Circuit Choir Concert in Antigo, WI    6:30 pm
Preceded by 5:00 pm picnic, offering food for sale
Friday, July 6 – The 78-member Madikwe Circuit Choir will give a Concert at Veterans’ Memorial Park in Tomahawk, Wisconsin at
6:00 pm.  There will be a picnic at Grace starting at 4:00 pm to feed the concert members and for fellowship with us.  Please sign up to help bring food, and join us for food and fellowship.
Saturday, July 7 – There will be time for fellowship at Pine Tree Supper Club with our three visitors after the 5:00 pm worship service.

Sunday, July 8 – Following the 8:00 am & 10:00 am Outdoor Worship, where Pastor Jack will offer the sermon, Grace will host a Welcome & Congregational Potluck Picnic at Veterans’ Memorial Park for the three visiting from the Lekubu Parish.  Please bring your family, a dish to pass, and a chair or blanket to sit on (some picnic tables will also be available) and join us for this ‘official’ welcome.  BBQ, drinks, plates, and utensils will be provided.
– Madikwe Circuit Choir Concert in Wausau, WI on 400 Block    6:30 pm
Monday, July 9 – Pancake Breakfast will be held at Grace from 7:00-9:00 am – another great opportunity to meet and greet our visitors.
– Visitors will meet with Church Council at 6:00 pm for an official review.
